Heidi Olson has more than 20 years experience in marketing and customer relationship management.  Olson and Associates www.oandassociates.com was formed through the recognition that there was a need for a dedicated speaker placement agency for high tech companies, non-profits, and start ups, helping to manage speaking and award programs. In 2007, Olson was nominated as a runner up in Portland Business Journal's "40 Under 40" awards.

Prior to starting Olson and Associates, she was instrumental in driving Noblemen Communications team as Vice President, meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction and positioning the agency as a leading high tech Public Relations company. 

Prior to Noblemen Communications, Olson was Director of Communications for The Bernhardt Agency, and later named Vice President of Public Relations and Speaker Placement Services. 

Her roster of clients include small companies and start-ups, as well as Fortune 100 firms, and has also been actively involved in PR efforts with various children’s foundations, relief organizations, community organizations, and local charities.

Olson has a BS in Marketing and Communications from Portland State University.
